The Maple Grove Estate in Knoxville, Tennessee is a beautiful venue with a rich history. The estate was originally built in 1799 and sits on over 15 acres of land. Maple Grove held several names over the years including Mount Ebenezer and Glenmary. In 1993, the estate transitioned from a private residence to a bed and breakfast. Then in 2018, after a renovation by the Shankles family, the Maple Grove venue came to be.
Maple Grove Estate is the epitome of southern charm. The architecture is a mix between stately Georgian and Federal elegance. Every bit of the 10,000 square foot residence is picturesque like a scene out of an old, romantic movie.
On wedding days, brides have a gorgeous suite to enjoy with the bridal party. Grooms and groomsmen have their own Gatsby-esque quarters featuring a large flat screen tv to watch. Both suites have beautiful lounge spaces with a fireplace to stay calm and cozy. The rooms are spacious and beautifully decorated. Surrounding the property are luscious trees and greenery perfect for portraits throughout the day.
In addition, the estate offers a base wedding package that includes nine hours of wedding day property rental, use of amenities, and access to the grounds for engagement photos like we did here for Meredith and Austin. Of course, if there’s anything else a couple needs or would like, Maple Grove can customize a wedding day package so that every couple’s vision comes to life.
I can’t wait to see how Austin and Meredith’s day turns out!
With love,
Michelle
