Anna and Garrett hosted their fall wedding at the idyllic Chateau Selah.
There are several reasons why fall is one of the most popular seasons to get married. The weather has cooled down enough to be outside and the colors of the season are warm and calming. Chateau Selah truly showcases how magical east Tennessee falls are. Not only do you have a panoramic view of the gorgeous mountains, but Chateau Selah is nestled on a large hill in Blountville making you feel like you’re in a castle in the middle of nowhere.
Inside the Chateau’s upper floors is a bridal suite that features a claw foot soaking tub, tons of natural light, and multiple rooms for the whole bridal party to get ready. Downstairs is the groomsman quarters with a theater and bar perfect for relaxing before the ceremony. A large, elegant pavilion sits outside where the reception takes place. The sliding glass doors create an indoor to outdoor feel that can be used no matter the weather.
Garrett and Anna became husband and wife on a beautiful day in November. The wines and blushes they chose in their color palette perfectly complemented the fall day in the tiniest of details, from Garrett’s tie to Anna’s nail polish and jewelry. Anna’s gown by designed Tara Lauren had the loveliest mixture of tulle and lace detail that radiated soft and romantic vibes.
What really elevates the fall wedding experience at Chateau is the outdoor fire pit. It’s the best place to cozy up, like Anna and Garrett did, and revel in the celebration of marriage.
