Roan Mountain TN Elopement 

If you haven’t seen Josh and Megan’s gorgeous wedding I blogged a few weeks ago click here! Today I thought I would share their “after session”. When Megan originally booked she asked if it would be ok instead of her having a bridal session if they could have more pictures together after their wedding on Roan Mountain TN. Of course I said yes!

We planned their session when they got back from their honeymoon. We really only had one day to make their session work, because they were moving to Ohio. On the day of their session the forecast called for rain (story of my life). We decided to brave our chances and try for it anyway.

If you’ve never visited Roan Mountain TN when it rains. It’s foggy, cold, windy, all the things! Roan Mountain TN is known for gorgeous views. When it’s foggy you can’t see how amazing those views are!

I have to say we got the best of both here with their session. I love the moodiness of the fog, and the sky did clear some to get some of those spectacular views! I’m going to be honest, it rained on and off throughout their session. I’m so thankful it didn’t pour ha ha.

I hope you guys enjoy these as much as I do. I’m super excited to see Josh and Megan this week for their anniversary session!
