Sampson’s Hollow Walland TN engagement pictures
I first met Carissa last year. We met at Panera and we talked for about four hours. I fell in love with this sweet girl. We cried, we laughed, and it felt like we had been friends since we were little. Her joy and excitement for her wedding was contagious. The way she talked about Travis was so heartwarming because they have a deep love for each other, she had me crying… well we both were crying.
Carissa’s ring is from Travis’s mom and I love that this holds so much sentiment. Travis and his mom were very close before she passed away. Travis proposed at Carissa’s graduation dinner. Carissa is a nurse and I can only imagine how much her patients love her kind spirit.
Their engagement session was at Sampson’s Hollow in Walland TN located in the Smokey Mountains. Carissa loves farms, horses, and the country. When we started planning for her session I saw a picture of the flower fields at Sampson’s Hollow and I knew it would be a great fit for Carissa and Travis.
It was a perfect day, VERY HOT, but perfect! We can all vouch for it being hot, I think it might have been 105 that day and the humidity was crazy! It was the first time that I met Travis and I can see why Carissa adores him. He had us laughing the whole time!
Their wedding is in April next year and I’m so excited for these two!
Carissa and Travis, I had so much fun at your session! Carissa you and Travis are so perfect for each other and I can’t wait for your wedding day!
With love,
Michelle
