Villa Nove Vineyards Wedding, Butler TN Wedding Photographer, Julia and Zac

Julia and Zac were married on June 17th at Villa Nove Vineyards, located in Butler, TN. This stunning venue is also home to Watauga Lake Winery and offers breathtaking 360 degree views of the Appalachian Mountains, a beautiful fountain ceremony site, and an unforgettable setting for a Tennessee vineyard wedding.

Julia and Zac’s wedding day was absolutely beautiful and full of meaningful personal touches. Zac is a huge University of Tennessee fan, and he had his heart set on wearing an orange tux. There was even a bet between Zac and Julia that if the team went undefeated, he would wear it. Unfortunately for Zac, the team lost a game, so the orange tux idea was off the table. I have to admit, I think Julia was pretty happy about that decision.

Even though the tux changed, they still incorporated subtle hints of orange throughout their wedding colors, which was a perfect nod to Zac’s favorite team. One of the most impressive details from the day was the florals. Julia, along with her bridesmaids, created all of the bouquets, boutonnieres, and floral arrangements themselves. Everything turned out beautifully and added such a personal, handcrafted feel to the wedding.

The day was filled with joy, laughter, and a relaxed atmosphere. The weather held out for most of the day, with just a light shower during the ceremony. Thankfully, we were able to capture most of their portraits before the rain arrived, and the soft overcast light made everything even more romantic and timeless.
