Fontanel Nashville TN Wedding
Fontanel Nashville TN Wedding | Romantic Southern Wedding at Fontanel Mansion
Anissa and Jay were married on July 8 at the stunning Fontanel wedding venue in Nashville, Tennessee. As a Nashville TN wedding photographer, Fontanel is one of those rare venues that feels like a hidden Southern retreat tucked into the woods, making it an unforgettable place to photograph a wedding.
The Fontanel estate features beautiful cottage-style homes on the property that were once Southern Living show homes before becoming part of the venue. Every detail of the grounds is thoughtfully designed, creating the perfect blend of rustic charm and luxury. On our drive home, Brooke and I couldn’t stop talking about how inspired we were by the design and architecture.
The property also includes the iconic Fontanel Mansion, formerly the home of country music legend Barbara Mandrell. It feels like a grand log cabin estate surrounded by Tennessee woodland, and every room is filled with elegant Southern detail. One of the most memorable spaces was her closet and bathroom, marble, gold accents, and pure luxury everywhere you looked.
The wedding day itself couldn’t have been more perfect. The skies were filled with soft, dreamy clouds that Anissa said looked like “Toy Story clouds”, and she was absolutely right. It was one of those warm, cinematic Tennessee wedding days that feels almost unreal.
I was truly honored when Anissa asked me to photograph her wedding day. I had previously photographed her daughter Shelby’s wedding, so being invited back to document another major family milestone made this experience even more meaningful. You can truly feel the connection and history within this family, and it’s something I deeply cherish as a Nashville wedding photographer.
Jay and Anissa are such a perfect match. Their chemistry is so natural and sweet, and it was a joy to witness their love and commitment on such a beautiful day.
Anissa and Jay, thank you so much for trusting us to capture your Fontanel wedding. It was an incredible celebration filled with love, laughter, and meaningful moments. I’m so grateful to know you both and to call you friends. Wishing you a lifetime of happiness and blessings.
