It’s truly one of the best locations for bridal portraits in Kingsport, Tennessee. It also holds a special place in my heart, this is where Dustin and I got married almost 11 years ago. That connection makes every session here even more meaningful to me.

When I arrived and saw Alex in her dress for the first time, I was completely blown away. I hadn’t seen her gown beforehand, but it looked like it was made specifically for this space. Over the past year, I’ve worked to elevate my indoor bridal photography by incorporating flash into my film work. I invested in an Alien Bee strobe along with a softbox, and it has quickly become my go-to setup for portraits. This addition has made a huge difference in indoor lighting situations. My goal has always been to maintain the soft, natural look I love while using flash in a way that feels seamless and consistent. I’m proud of how well I’ve been able to blend natural light and flash to create a cohesive style.
