The Millstone Wedding
We are halfway into my “year in review” posts! I am loving seeing all these beautiful weddings again. I think sometimes we forget what we have done through the year. I’m really happy I’ve stuck with this, because I think seeing all the images again is reminding me just how far we have come in one year.
Today and tomorrow I will be talking about The Millstone. I had two weddings there this past June one day after the other. The Millstone is one of my FAVORITE venues to work with, because the light is so even and pretty there.
I always say I’m a Diva. I mean that in the most graceful and kind way possible, but it’s true, I am a Diva when it comes to the pictures I take. They mean just as much to me as they do to you. That is why I love the light here, because in technical terms, they have good open shade!! Every photographer needs that during the mid day sun!
Not to mention that The Millstone is just a pretty cool place to be. The renovations they have done to this place are unbelievable!
Emily and Noah were married on June 17, 2016. I’m pretty sure Emily is my soul sister because we love all the same things! Her wedding colors were a dream to me, because I’m a pink girl. I love pink, and anything floral design with seeded eucalyptus has my heart.
What I liked about their wedding
- I loved the décor at this wedding. Emily knew exactly what she wanted from the beginning.
- The groomsman had leather suspenders!
- The floral was soft green, pink, and cream! All of my favorite combinations 🙂
- The cakes from Petite Sweets were amazing, yummy!
I can’t wait to share another wedding tomorrow with you at The Millstone. It was so fun seeing the venue transform into each brides dream on different days, one after the other! I can’t wait for you to see the next wedding!
