Happy Birthday Brooks

Today is my little’s birthday!! Brooks turns four today! I can’t believe it!!! Time has flown by so fast over the past four years, we have seen and done so many things together as a family. From our first T-ball games to our family vacations on the beach (check out our last beach trip by clicking here).

Brooks is such a fun and loving little boy, wild at times and to be honest some days I do want to pull my hair out, but I think every mom feels that way. He brings so much joy to our lives and I’m so glad God chose me to be his mommy. Being his mommy has made me a better person, he’s made me appreciate life in different ways than I’ve ever thought possible.

His best friends are Sophie and Jake (in these pictures). They LOVE each other and cry to see each other at least once a week. Jake is Brooks T-ball partner and hot wheels car rolling buddy, and I’m convinced Sophie and Brooks will date at some point, maybe even get married. Brooks is in love with her!

Sophie is my assistant (Brooke) daughter. From the time these two had their first play date they have wanted to play everyday with each other. Crystal is Jake’s mom. I am convinced she will join the MLP team at some point (hopefully next year) to help with behind the scenes things, and together we will all be one big happy family 🙂 .

I’m so glad we got the kids together for this. It was so HOT that day! Before we started the kids were like “are we done”. I hadn’t even taken a picture at that point! I love that this shows their little personalities. We had so much fun watching them play ring around the roses, and aren’t they the cutest holding hands!
