Jenie and Lars were married on July 16th at Allandale Mansion, located in Kingsport TN. Lars is from the Kingsport area and Jenie is from Korea. They met at ETSU. Lars is in the army and was living in Honduras and Jenie was living in Korea when they started planning their wedding.
Jenie and Lars are one of the nicest couples you will ever meet. I remember the first time I met them over Skype we talked for hours and we instantly bonded. I can’t image planning a wedding from two different countries, they did it flawlessly. Megan from Stressless Weddings tied everything together perfectly, their wedding was beautiful!
Jenie and Lars wanted to bring both their American and Korean cultures together for their wedding. Jenie wore a wedding gown and at her reception she wore a traditional Korean gown called a Hanbok that was custom made for her in Korea. She also had traditional pieces that she wore along with her gown. I even loved that her mom wore her own Hanbok for the wedding ceremony!
Her colors were navy, red, and white. Jenie and Lars both love the Christmas season, they incorporated that in their décor at the reception with berries and a winter theme.
I loved seeing these two families come together for Jenie and Lars. It was so fun to watch everyone come together for Jenie and Lars. They truly have the best families and it was a joy to work with them!
Jenie and Lars, Thank you both so much for letting me be a part of your wedding. I’m so glad I met you two. You both are so sweet and I love seeing all your new adventures as a family on Facebook. Germany looks so pretty! I’m so glad you are finally together. You two are the best! Love you!
I adore Instagram, and Insta- stories even more! I share the good, bad, and ugly. With real life talks, to products and clothes that I love, and of course everything related to photography!
