Grace Meadows Farm Wedding

I’m continuing the series year in review today with Shawna and Isaac. Their wedding was May 21, 2016 at Grace Meadows Farm located in Jonesborough TN.

Grace Meadows Farm is a beautiful farm placed in one of the oldest towns in Tennessee. This farm sits on several acres of land with beautiful veiws, and a water feature that will take your breath away!

What I liked about their wedding.

1. I love the scenery and peacefulness of Grace Meadows. I love that the location is away from the road, yet so close to town, making this venue so easy to access for your guests.
2. It rained this day, but we didn’t mind the rain! Having rain created the prettiest ceremony backdrop we have seen yet! We loved the clouds!
3. Sometimes when it rains on wedding days if my couples wont be leaving for their honeymoon the next day, we will do more couples portraits the day after. This is something I don’t mind to do if I have nothing planned, it takes 30 minutes of time, and it creates portraits for my couples without rain. I know every bride hopes it doesn’t rain on their wedding day, even if it does we will still create beautiful photographs, and if it’s sunny the next day we will create some with sun too! So we get the best of both! I loved that I could do that for Shawna and Isaac!
4. I love the little white house at the farm. It’s perfect for wedding days with rain because it’s pretty and keeps everyone dry, and you still have beautiful images with natural light!
5. I LOVED Shawna and Issac’s cake by JK Sweet Cakes!! It was gorgeous and it tasted AMAZING!

I’m so excited to continue this series! It’s so fun looking back at all the images over the year, reliving each wedding is so rewarding.
